update

I haven't posted in.... well, a very long time. So I just wanted to kinda update everyone on whats been going on with me. I moved.

Jonny cam home from his first deployment in June. and so to get ready for him I moved to Arlington in May. I lucked out on my apartment search online and got a BEAUTIFUL 2 bedroom for only 1500 a month. trust me it was a good deal. lol. I did some job hunting , was offered a job at annie cream cheese which you can read about in multiple fashion magazines. Their one of the most popular vintage stores in the area and the cater to celebrity's like Nicole Richie and even James bond.. lol I turned them down after meeting with one of the co owners. We would not have meshed well. After the my current job fell into my lap. when a friend of mine asked if i'd mind working where she does. I'm now working for Solar Planet tanning studios. It's an awesome company and I get along with everyone really well. plus, i get free tanning... who can pass that up right? Its pretty mind boggling the people you meet around this area. I feel like i should be doing more. I applied for the spring semester at NOVA and plan on studying theatre and education. It all kinda depends on if we'll be able to afford it right now. But I think its more of a need then a want to get an education don't you?

I have to get to work.. but i'll update more later!

flashing lights

Well, last night at work the closing team decided that it would be a cool idea to get together after work at Sharis. So, we did. That was fun.

But then Zoeys boyfriend got pulled over for having expired tabs. So she needed a ride home because he couldn't drive his truck. I told her i't take her.

I got pulled over...
He says i had driven onto the shoular a little bit. I think hes full of it. But either way i made it out of my 3rd traffic violation alive and with yet again no ticket. I don't cry I don't beg I don't do anything be be honest and try and find my paperwork......

Oh well cool deal.. lol

coffee=good. work=bad.

Today started out AWESOME! I got to spend the first part talking to the love of my life
Then i got to meet Jessica and Zack for coffee. That little boy is sooo cute. hes getting so big and fun to play with... (i really had this long thing about Zack typed out... but it got deleted or somthing.. and i'm too tried to type it out agian)

I tried to take some pictures of him but didn't get too many before the cam died.

After Jess and I split ways I went into work... YOu remember how i was excited about work yesterday? well, I was wrong to feel that way. I can't stand our new supervisor AT ALL. She worked at starbucks but has NEVER worked in a clothing store.

I even had to train her on how to close down the register and make the deposit and how to do some of the paperwork and even give her the code to both safes. gah. She basically called me a liar today which is NOT true and does not fly well with me.

So i did what any stressed out upset girl would do- I cried. I cried like the biggest baby ever. (not that i wanted too but i just couldn't help it) I'm proud of myself for being able to wait until she was off but yeah, water works... it was bad. Some of the other girls i worked with asked me what was wrong and i told them i couldn't handle her and how i was being treated in the store and that i was tempted to just quit. 4 girls said if i left they'd leave with me. and that it was "bullshit" because I'm the "hardest worker they have" which was all very sweet of them. I talked to one of my other supervisors told her that i didn't feel like my wants and needs were important to the store and I can't just sit in one postion and feel good about it. I want to grow and move up and learn more. She told me that managment loves me and that they don't want to see me go and that she was going to back me 100% with getting the trainiing I want.
which kept me from crying for the rest of the day
and then my phone rang when i got home. It was the very lovley, very handsome, husband that i adore. I needed to hear from him tonight and i'm glad he decided to call. I liss him so much. (LOVE YOU BABE)

well with all that being said i'm going to go cuddle with my kitten and get rested for another long day at work... wish me luck :)

Have you ever heard of a dog being a "mans best friend"?

I guess if a dog can be a MANS best friend then a cat could be a womans best friend right?

That being said my kitten is like a really good friend (i say really good because there have been times when shes tried to scratch my eyes out of my head (OUCH!) too night as i was typing at the computer she tried to sleep on my shouldar... lets me show you ... lol

I got her back in May and shes been a HUGE help to me during this deployment. Shes someone to take care of. and she loves me! lol she sleeps with me everynight and wakes up with me every morning.... Once i get up i come into the den to talk to Jonny and the kitten climbs up into my lep to watch me type to "daddy"

I just had to brag about how adorable my baby kitten is!!!

Newly blogging (FIXED!)

Thank to whitney i figured our the pics!!! the girls day is on there too!

7 weeks and some odd days until R&R!!!!!!!!!

don't know about the rest of you that thats pretty freaking exciting.

anywhoo...

My very beautiful sister in law Whitney has one of these blogs and her page is sooo cute that i had to try and come up with a cute one myself. (i don't think i'm as awesome as her- but there's no shame in trying right?)

today was LOVELY and tomorrow promised to be as well..... maybe i should start with my excitment from yesterday.

My OTHER sister in law Jessica and my nephew decided to surpise me at work yesterday (HIGHLIGHT!) hes so cute. he seemed pretty excited to see me and his mommy was telling me that he didn't ever get that excited for Ruth. (shes and old family friend how hates me with a passion) so that was awesome the kid already has great taste and i got to waste about 25 mins holding hugging and playing with one of the 3 cutest babies on the planet (Trevor, Riley, and Zack) Heres a few pictures of Zack : (I'm hoping i do this right....)

then today I got together with a couple of girls for a girls day. there were only 3 of us but lunch ended up being $60. WOW! Let saw us coming.... lol we also went and saw a movie which was realllly funny. Mr. Woodcock. good times. we were the only one in the theatre for a long time so we decided to be goofy and take some pictures that you'll be able to see here : (i hope)
